It’s a bonfire of peat crackling with black pepper, with a touch of brine and dry barley.
Vanilla sweet with subtly herbaceous oak in your nose and in palate crushed honey roasted nuts, finish with white chocolate and apricots.
Crumbly fudge with a few sea salts flakes, shortly joined by banana fritters and chocolate raisins. Finish with Cinnamon and ground ginger.
Matured in American-oak casks, this is full-bodied and rounded with apple, gooseberry and light smoke.
